This live quiz is operated by Phoenix Live for the Asian Paints Sales Conference South 2026 event. This notice explains what information we collect from you when you join the quiz, what we do with it, and your options.
1. What we collect
When you register in a breakout room we store only:
- The name you type in the "Your name" field. This is visible to other players on the live scoreboard and to the event organisers.
- The team you pick from the dropdown (one of six pre-defined teams).
- Your answers and the time you answered them, used only to compute your score for this event.
- A technical session identifier stored in your phone's browser so you can rejoin if you refresh.
We do not collect or store your email address, phone number, location, government IDs, photos, or any other personal information.
2. Why we collect it
The only purpose is to run the Asian Paints Sales Conference South live quiz: to show you your score, rank players on the leaderboard, aggregate team scores, and announce the winning team at the event. We do not use this information for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.
3. Who sees it
Your name and score appear on the live room scoreboard that other players in your breakout room can see, and on the master dashboard shown on the event projector. Phoenix Live technical staff and the Asian Paints event organising team can access the underlying data to run the event and compile results.
We do not share this information with advertisers, analytics providers, or any third party outside the event.
4. How long we keep it
Event data is retained by Phoenix Live for the purposes of event reporting and records. You can ask us to delete your individual entry at any time by contacting the address below.
5. How it's protected
- Served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+)
- Data is stored on a hardened server in India and is not transferred abroad
- Administrative access requires a password and is scoped to Phoenix Live event staff
- Server logs do not record player names
6. Your choices
Participation is entirely voluntary. You can choose not to join the quiz, and if you have already joined you can ask for your entry to be deleted. To request deletion or ask any question about how your information is handled, email tech@phoenixlive.in.
